As a sociologist, I first look at the "macro" or organizational level to see how best to help leaders. I am particularly interested in how leaders can use the "systems" of relationships, people, and technology to drive management and organizational effectiveness through their own efforts as organizational leaders. I have worked with executives at various stages of change in their business, including growth, mergers, acquisitions, down sizing, and new initiatives. Change and learning have always been the themes to my work with leaders. |
